I think people tend to underestimate the importance good communications skills. I learned some time ago that being the best at what you do isn’t enough to achieve success. In order to be successful, you must develop positive and constructive relationships with people, and communication is the cement that makes those relationships come together. If you want to achieve true success in your professional (and personal) life, then the ability to communicate well is the most important thing. I think this site will help you in that capacity.
